The series SiamLab High Speed Mixer are characterized by a very high reproducibility and are designed for more challenging laboratory tests. 
Used for mixing, compounding, granulating and coating in the laboratory and pilot plant, the SiamLab mixer equipped with heating and cooling combination.

• Exact. Perfect for more challenging laboratory tests.
• Traceable. Very good reproducibility.
• Flexible. Usable as stand-alone unit or as downstream equipment.

• Mixing blow / Lid. Made of stainless steel (SUS 304), reinforced base shell in wear-exposed area, with jacket made of for insulation and possible additional heating or cooling in pressure less operation.
• Impeller. Three layers made of stainless steel (SUS 304), adjustable speed from 0 to 1,500 or 0 to 2,000, Option : 0 to 2,800 rpm.
• Drive. Consists of variable-speed one three-phase AC motor with inverter.
• Lid and discharge. Manual valve control open lid and discharge by pneumatic cylinders.
• Top glass. Easy to see material inside the mixing blow.
• Belt tensioning. Loosen the four screws at the motor base and move the base backward by the tensioning bolt.
